East Coast Historical & Cultural Journey
Nowhere Else!
The 10 days long East Coast Historical journey is a slow, sensory walk through Tanzania’s coastal memory. We move between Dar es Salaam and Tanga, through nearby towns and untouched beaches. We taste food, walk old streets and markets and listen to stories carried by the ocean, architecture, and everyday life. This journey is about history felt through the ocean, ports and markets — not through museums alone. It is a favorite because it reveals how cultures met, clashed, loved, traded, and survived along the coast. Join a let the coast speak for itself.
By joining this journey you will get everything in one: modern city, small coastal towns, beaches, safari experience, maasai villages and nature.
Dar es Salaam, Kaole, Bagamoyo, Saadani National Park, Ushongo Beach, Pangani, Tanga, Tongoni & maasai villages.
The 4-day version is a shorter glimpse of the journey, so not all locations from the 10-day experience are included.
